A cancellation must be sent to Luckydays Turizm in writing, by e-mail, and need to be confirmed by Luckydays Turizm in order to be valid.
In conformity with business practices within the Turkey travel industry, the traveller is required to pay cancellation fees on the total holiday price as follows:

Cancellation charges;
Luckydays Turizm may cancel or postpone the trip 24 hours before the departure time due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, terrorism, fog, possibility of war, unforeseen technical issues and all force majeure reasons. The consumer has the right to receive a full refund of the fee excluding visa processing and service fees, in which case the consumer has no right to compensation.
If a service that has been confirmed unconditionally is cancelled by Luckydays Turizm, for example, due to insufficient participation, cancellations will be made with at least 3 weeks’ (21 days), before the tour start date, notice. Luckydays Turizm shall make every effort to provide similar alternative arrangements without additional costs. Should those alternatives not be to your satisfaction, a full refund will be made of the amount paid.
If the reservation is cancelled by customer, 21 days before the tour start date in advance, the entire contract price will be refunded to the customer. In case of cancellations made 20-14 days in advance, the customer accepts and undertakes to pay 50% of the trip price to the agency, and in case of cancellations made 14 days or less in advance, the customer accepts and undertakes to pay the entire trip price to the agency.
Tours without flight tickets and hotel accommodation (usually daily tours) can be cancelled free of charge until 24 hours before the start of the tour. (The start time of day tours is set at 09 am.)
Detailed cancellation policy description for each tour is available on the tour page. Some tours may have special cancellation policies. Therefore, we would like you to review the cancellation policy terms in detail before completing your booking.
The counting method for cancellation charges excludes the day of arrival and starts on the date when we receive written notice of cancellation, or on the date upon which your cancellation is treated as occurring because of non-payment. A week is seven days

Flights

Luckydays Turizm does not sell domestic flight tickets.
If flights are included in the tours, we book flights and make the payment on behalf you.
The airline’s cancellation policy applies to ticket cancellations.
Domestic flights cover a maximum of 15 kg of luggage and 8 kg cabin baggage. (you can buy extra luggage on the airline’s website)
Domestic flight tickets are economy class.

It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure, including a passport that is valid for at least six months after return travel date.

We cannot accept liability if you are refused entry on to any transport or into country due to failure on your part to carry any necessary documentation.

If your entry to Turkey after passport control is not accepted or delayed for any reason, Luckyday turizm has no responsibility. In such a case, your refund request will be evaluated and the cost of the services that may be cancelled on your tour will be refunded to you.

Travellers suffering from any known or suspected medical condition that can have an effect on travel, or women more than 30 weeks pregnant, must notify Luckyday turizm at least 30 days before departure.In these cases, they must also produce a medical certificate confirming fitness to travel. Luckyday turizm reserves the right to refuse or to cancel bookings if relevant certificates are not produced. In this regard, Luckyday turizm will not be liable for any failure, negligence, or deceit on behalf of the traveller. Luckyday turizm will not be liable for any operator’s refusal to carry any person who has not notified Luckday turizm of their condition.

Luckyday turizm offers a variety of tours, packages tickets and services (“products”) through its website ( getyourtrip.net). Luckyday turizm´s Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations; therefore, it is of the utmost importance that you read them carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by Luckydays turizm. The purchase of any travel services offered by Luckydays turizm constitutes a contractual arrangement between the person making the booking and Luckydays turizm, and represents acceptance of Luckydays turizm´s Terms and Conditions described here.

Please note that Luckydays turizm packages do not include luggage porterage and airport assistance services. This services can be available on certain routes with an extra fee. If you would like to purchase luggage porterage and/or airport assistant services , please contact us after your booking.
We always advise that you should pack light. A good rule of thumb is to bring no more than what you can comfortably carry between the bus and your hotel room.

If you are booking for persons other than yourself, you warrant that you have the authority to do so. The booking Terms and Conditions will also apply to all the other members of the party and you are responsible to ensure that all payments are made on behalf of all members of the party. As an individual booker, you need to be at least 18 years of age to be able to make a booking.
